Lost all client data!
I have been using this app which was free for many years. Went to look up a client one day and it said to pay for iCloud sync. I tried as it gave me no other option but it froze and now I cant retrieve any data! Now starting again with an alternative app.

CRASHED!
make sure you buy the sync (backup) plan at about £2 a month BEFORE inputting any data! I used it for 1 week before I committed, I liked it so tried to pay for the monthly cloud back up, it froze crashed and lost ALL my clients numbers and colour notes! Great! I emailed them, nothing!
